4.5"x10", inside paper is the 'project planner' paper, pictured below. I actually made one for myself, that I use all the time! Instead of sewing in signatures, I glued the pages in, so if you want to pull out a page, it is relatively easy to do.

Oh I know… not very modest, but….I really have decided these are the best. I finally have my perfect journal…not to big, not to small, great paper, no spirals, perforations, sewn spines or other binding ickiness that makes me crazy.
